“Alright, I agree. I’ll take the vital essence elixir.” Mengyao Fu nodded and accepted his kindness.

Mengyao Fu reached out her fingers and took a pill out of the bottle. It was a thumb-sized pill with a green halo, exuding powerful vital essence.

Then Qingfeng Li led Mengyao Fu forward. This time, he walked in the front, with Mengyao Fu following him.

Qingfeng Li investigated the dimensional array, stepping with his left feet at the north-east direction while his right one pointed at the south-west.

Then Qingfeng Li stepped on different spots in different directions, connecting to form lines toward different directions from the dots and drew other lines crossing with them.

Qingfeng Li even jumped from the ground and turned around at three meters in the air. He jumped to the south-east for 15 meters and then to the north-west for 20 meters.

Mengyao Fu was surprised by his weird actions. She didn’t understand why Qingfeng Li suddenly began jumping everywhere like a toad.

But she trusted Qingfeng Li, so she followed his moves, jumping like a toad, to the left and right, to the high and low.

After a while, Qingfeng Li finally led Mengyao Fu to a place with a small black door that emitted a beam of light behind it.

Mengyao Fu looked at Qingfeng Li and asked, “Is this the exit?”

Qingfeng Li nodded and said, “Yes, we are right at Taotie’s ear now, and it’s the exit.”

Mengyao Fu was very excited. Seeing the light, she finally felt the hope to escape.

At this moment, on the second level of hell, the Taotie was still looking at the self-cultivators in front of it with bloodthirstiness. It opened the mouth and inhaled, sucking over a hundred self-cultivators inside, and then absorbed them as its energy.

The Taotie looked at Qingfeng Li and Mengyao Fu, its eyes showing confusion, it could not understand how these two could have escaped when it already devoured them.

While the ferocious beast was feeling confused, Huohuang Fu quickly flew out of its mouth and left this place.

In the next moment, Taotie let out a miserable scream, shattering the earth of the second floor of hell.

Some black stuff flew out of the Taotie’s ears, revealing itself to be black-colored blood.

When Qingfeng Li and Mengyao Fu escaped out from the Taotie’s ears, its eardrums were shattered and started bleeding, so obviously the Taotie would scream in pain.

The Taotie was hit by the dagger, so it became angry and turned its head at Qingfeng Li.

“Big fool, it was me who cut through your eardrums! If you have the guts, then come after me, you big heap of trash,” Qingfeng Li cursed at Taotie, and turned his body around to run away.

Upon hearing Qingfeng Li’s curse, Taotie shouted in anger, “This damn human! Not only did he stab me with a dagger, he also called me ‘garbage’! This man must die! I am going to catch up to him, bite him into pieces, and eat him!”

Taotie let out an angry growl and turned its body to chase after Qingfeng Li instead of Mengyao Fu.
